• Messages — content of conversations sent via Facebook Messenger to pages using Sapphire Agent
• Account info — your name, email address, and Facebook profile information when you interact with the Service
• Usage data — interactions with the dashboard, message response times, and feature usage

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Generate AI-powered draft replies to customer messages
• Schedule and manage service bookings
• Improve the quality of automated responses
• Provide customer support and resolve issues

3. Data Storage & Security

Conversation data is stored securely on Australian-hosted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit. Data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days, after which it is securely deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

Sapphire Agent integrates with:

• Facebook/Meta — for Messenger message delivery
• Google Calendar — for appointment scheduling (optional, with your permission)
• Microsoft Outlook — for appointment scheduling (optional, with your permission)
• OpenAI / AI providers — for generating draft replies (message content only, not customer personally identifiable information)

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your conversation data held by the Service
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of AI-generated reply features
• Request a copy of your data in portable format
